A serviced apartment is the perfect combination between renting an apartment and staying in a hotel. You can have a home away from home experience with the convenience and freedom of staying in a luxury fully furnished apartment, whilst also having the comfort of a hotel, including housekeeping services, free wireless broadband, and an emergency on call service.

Do your apartment have Wi-Fi internet?
All our apartments are connected with high-speed Wi-Fi access. There is unlimited data usage with no restriction on the number of devices.
Do any of your apartments have wheelchair access?
Our apartments can be reached by lift but are not designed specifically for wheelchair use (e.g. WC/kitchen).
Is there parking available?
We do not have our own parking. However, there are many public parking facilities available on the adjoining streets (charges apply).
How far is the serviced apartment from the airports?
Aritex Building is located in Hai Ba Trung District, being approximately 40 minutes away from Noi Bai International Airport by car. It costs about 350.000 VND (including tolls) one way for a Taxi from Noi Bai International Airport.
Is there a common area?
The front lounge at the entrance has a set of comfortable sofa which may be used freely for waiting, a casual meeting, or just for a coffee-break.
Are there other charges besides the rent (i.e.. utilities, service charges, etc.)?
Rents include cold water, cable TV, Internet, housekeeping service, service fees and taxes. Hot water and electricity would be charged separately.
Is there any deposit required?
We require a fully-refundable deposit of one month’s rent for stays of over three months. No agent fee is required. After 14 business days of check-out date, we fully refund your deposit if there is no major damage to your apartment.
Can I do a corporate lease or an individual lease?
